Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base consists of stable adults who have been carefully screened prior to receiving counseling services. You will work with individuals exhibiting low acuity, meaning clients are generally functional and seeking support for specific mental health challenges. Additional to this, you have the opportunity to select your preferred demographics, matching you only with clients you feel comfortable working with.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent mental health license, including: \n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  \n
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Proficient computer literacy for using teletherapy platforms and recording client notes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Strong ability to conduct thorough evaluations and develop effective treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients’ situations.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
