This full-time position operates entirely remotely, allowing you to enjoy a work-life balance while focusing on providing mental health care. With no on-call hours, you can follow a set schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with stability and structure without the need for evening or weekend obligations.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one video appointments with clients to monitor their mental health and progress.

• Facilitating discussions that encourage clients to express their thoughts and emotions, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.

• Actively advocating for clients’ needs and guiding them in setting and achieving personal goals.

• Assessing clients' mental health conditions through detailed evaluations and formulating individualized treatment plans that employ evidence-based, solution-focused methodologies.

• Utilizing various digital platforms to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations while leveraging technology to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on providing support to stable, low-acuity adult clients who are grappling with a variety of mental health concerns. These may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and adjustment difficulties. You will play a key role in helping these individuals gain the insights necessary to improve their mental wellness and foster stronger interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of an independent license, which may include:\n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  \n
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Proficient computer literacy skills to navigate telehealth platforms and maintain client documentation effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range between USD 115,000 and 130,000, which depends on experience and hours worked. We also provide a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance offerings, retirement plans, and paid time off.
