Genesis10 is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for an onsite position with a leading media company located in Fairfield, NJ. This is a three-month contract position with a pay rate of $26/hr W2. Summary:

This role is responsible for assisting with a high volume of invoices within Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate will have strong accounts payable experience, ensuring all invoice information is entered correctly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with high volume of invoices in Oracle Fusion
• Check all information on the invoice going into Oracle Fusion correctly

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or post high school education/training preferred
• Good accounts payable (A/P) experience
• Experience with A/P system - Oracle Fusion preferred
• Ability to review and organize data in Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Very organized and detail-oriented
