Vaco is partnering with a client that is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Huntington Beach, CA!

This role partners closely with Operations, District Managers, and HR to build strong talent pipelines, deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience, and ensure each market is equipped with the leadership needed to support growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Candidate Sourcing & Outreach

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for corporate and support office roles
• Build talent pipelines through networking, job boards, social media, and industry partnerships
• Identify and engage passive candidates while building long-term relationships

2. Store Manager Recruiting

Store Manager recruitment is a primary pillar of this role. This individual owns the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing through offer, in close partnership with Operations leadership.

Pipeline Development & Sourcing

• Build and maintain active Store Manager candidate pipelines across multiple markets (California, Nevada, Arizona)
• Source candidates through hospitality-focused channels, including job boards, industry groups, and local networks
• Partner with internal leaders to identify and develop internal candidates
• Attend networking events and job fairs to support leadership hiring needs
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates in key and high-growth markets

Interviewing & Evaluation

• Conduct initial screenings to assess leadership experience, operational readiness, and alignment with company values
• Coordinate and facilitate a structured, multi-stage interview process
• Evaluate candidates based on competencies such as team leadership, customer experience, and business acumen
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate feedback and move candidates efficiently through the process
• Ensure a clear, professional, and positive candidate experience at every stage
