Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key duties will include:

• Conducting individual and family therapy sessions, with a focus on couples therapy that fosters open communication and resolution of conflicts.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of psychological and relational issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and family conflicts.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions and workshops aimed at skill development and support for overall wellness.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure the best patient outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies.
