Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify mobility issues and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient's specific goals and limitations.
• Implement and monitor therapy programs, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and strategies for incorporating therapeutic exercises into daily routines.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in adherence to facility protocols.
• Engage in regular peer consultations to share insights and improve therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population experiencing various movement disorders, post-operative conditions, and sports-related injuries. Our patients range from active individuals seeking to enhance their physical functionality to those requiring rehabilitation post-surgery. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Florida Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Compensation and Benefits
