Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients assigned to your caseload, providing therapy while closely monitoring individuals experiencing significant mental health issues or emotional distress.

• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, tailoring approaches based on the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and professionals in the educational system to ensure an integrated approach to care, working towards shared objectives for the betterment of student mental health.

• Develop and execute comprehensive care plans that enhance access to supportive resources, ensuring effective communication with clients, their families, and service providers.

• Conduct regular assessments and screenings to evaluate client progress and needs, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate in crisis intervention when required, offering immediate support and guidance to clients in distress.

• Document all client interactions diligently, ensuring that reports and data are submitted promptly and in accordance with organizational standards.

• Be available for on-call coverage during and after program hours to support client needs as they arise.

• Take part in internal committees focused on enhancing service delivery and quality improvements across the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at The Mind Wellness Center, you will primarily work with a diverse client base consisting of students and their families who may be dealing with critical mental health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Mind Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
