Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support as required, utilizing appropriate resources and referral systems to connect clients with additional services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals and families coping with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
