Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct continuous assessments to monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment approaches as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists primarily of adults aged 18 and older who are coping with various mental health challenges that may impact their ability to thrive in community settings. Many clients require assistance in overcoming barriers to employment, housing stability, and interpersonal relationships. This role directly contributes to enhancing clients' quality of life and helping them build resilience through effective counseling and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain a clear disciplinary record.

• Proficient in using technology for telehealth services, including a reliable internet connection conducive to virtual counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
