Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through telehealth platforms to identify the unique needs of each patient.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate virtual psychoeducational and support groups, encouraging community engagement and shared experiences among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to patients during moments of acute mental health challenges, helping guide them through their crises.

• Educate patients about their diagnoses, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and self-management.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
