selected corporate initiatives.What You'll OwnEnterprise Planning & Executive PartnershipAct as a senior thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership team on financial, commercial, and operational matters.Translate company objectives into actionable financial plans, priorities, and performance measures.Bring financial perspective to major business decisions, including investments, resource allocation, pricing, growth initiatives, and organizational priorities.Lead and contribute to executive planning cycles, operating reviews, and longer-range business planning.Establish the financial infrastructure, processes, and management disciplines necessary for the organization's continued evolution.Help leadership identify the underlying drivers of performance and convert those insights into measurable business actions.Financial Management & Business IntelligenceDirect the company's financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, liquidity management, and performance-management processes.Develop meaningful KPIs, management reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that give leadership a clear view of business health.Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, investments, and strategic decisions.Evaluate opportunities to enhance revenue, pricing, gross margin, productivity, utilization, and overall economic performance.Work closely with business leaders to understand financial results in the context of operational activity.Create a forward-looking financial management approach that identifies potential opportunities and exposures before they become material issues.Finance Infrastructure & ControlsProvide executive oversight across accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related financial activities.Maintain high standards for financial accuracy, reporting quality, and timeliness.Ensure appropriate accounting policies, controls, procedures, and governance are in place as the organization scales.Oversee external audit relationships, tax matters, banking relationships, and outside financial advisors.Maintain compliance with applicable accounting, tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements.Assess and enhance financial systems, technology, workflows, and processes to improve scalability and efficiency.Operational PerformancePartner with operating leaders to improve the economics of the business, including resource deployment, productivity, project performance, and margin management.Develop management reporting that connects financial outcomes to the operational activities driving them.Identify opportunities for greater efficiency while maintaining appropriate investment in talent, technology, and growth.Establish clear ownership and accountability for financial and operating metrics across the organization.Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on improving performance, scalability, and long-term enterprise value.Corporate Development & Strategic GrowthProvide financial leadership for acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and other strategic growth opportunities.Lead or participate in financial analysis, valuation, diligence, transaction modeling, and post-transaction integration.Develop consistent financial frameworks for assessing prospective investments and acquisitions.Help build the reporting, processes, and controls required to successfully incorporate acquired businesses.Partner with ownership and executive leadership on capital allocation and long-term strategic decisions.Team & Organizational LeadershipBuild and lead a finance function capable of supporting an increasingly complex and growing enterprise.Develop a strong team structure with clear responsibilities, expectations, accountability, and career development opportunities.Assess organizational capabilities and identify opportunities to strengthen talent, technology, systems, and processes.Promote a GovernanceMaintain a disciplined framework for managing liquidity, working capital, insurance, compliance, controls, and other financial risks.Monitor the organization's financial position and identify emerging issues, opportunities, and potential exposures.Establish appropriate governance around major financial commitments, contracts, investments, and capital decisions.Provide leadership with timely analysis and recommendations related to financial and operational risk.What We're Looking ForThe successful candidate will bring substantial experience leading finance in a complex, growth-oriented organization, along with the ability to operate comfortably at both the strategic and operational levels.Background & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.15+ years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience.Experience serving as a CFO, senior VP of Finance, Division CFO, or comparable executive finance leader.Meaningful experience in a professional services, project-oriented, people-intensive, or similarly complex business environment.Track record of partnering directly with CEOs, owners, boards, and senior leadership teams.Strong command of FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, cash management, forecasting, budgeting, controls, and financial operations.Demonstrated experience improving business economics, profitability, operating performance, and organizational scalability.Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate analysis into practical business decisions.Experience recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing finance teams.Exceptional executive communication skills and the ability to make complex financial matters understandable and actionable.Particularly Relevant ExperienceThe following experience will be especially valuable:CPA and/or MBA.Prior CFO experience within a privately owned, entrepreneurial, or closely held organization.Experience helping a professional services or similarly people-driven organization navigate substantial growth.Direct involvement in acquisitions, integrations, mergers,
