Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, providing weekly evidence-based care to adults experiencing a variety of emotional disorders.

• Employ your assessment skills to evaluate clients’ emotional and mental health needs, creating personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving therapeutic goals.

• Implement individualized treatment plans that focus on enhancing family dynamics, addressing destructive behavior patterns, and resolving personal issues.

• Guide clients and their families in developing effective coping strategies, enabling them to confront their challenges constructively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of adults grappling with a diverse range of emotional difficulties, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more. You will play a crucial role in delivering supportive and empathetic care to facilitate healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• An active LMFT license issued by the State of California.
\n
• A minimum of three years of experience in providing therapy, with at least one year within the last three years specifically working as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Proficiency with digital communication tools and video conferencing software is essential; prior telemedicine experience is a desirable advantage.

• Strong understanding of diagnostic principles, therapeutic methodologies, rehabilitation processes, and principles of mental health treatment.
