Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress-related conditions. Our clients appreciate the convenience of virtual therapy, allowing for greater flexibility in accessing care from their homes or preferred locations within the Hempstead, New York area.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication abilities that facilitate rapport-building and foster a therapeutic alliance with clients in a remote setting.

• Demonstrated empathy and understanding when addressing sensitive client experiences and mental health issues.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000, based on individual caseload and performance.
