Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) that best fit the needs of clients.

• Facilitate couples counseling sessions aimed at improving communication skills and resolving conflicts.

• Work closely with families to address dysfunction and promote healthier dynamics and relationships.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting achievable goals in collaboration with clients.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive evaluations and client histories.

• Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes and treatment documentation in compliance with clinic protocols.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
