This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort and safety of your own home. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life dynamic. You will utilize secure telehealth technologies to conduct virtual counseling sessions, making it essential to be adaptable to various technological environments and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and objectives.

• Use clinical knowledge to facilitate the connection of families to appropriate community-based services, addressing needs such as substance abuse, trauma, and domestic violence.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, to provide cohesive care and share insights about clients' psychosocial stressors.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, including patient histories, diagnoses, treatment interventions, and progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor at Mystic Haven, you will work with a diverse range of clients, each bringing unique experiences, challenges, and needs. You will support individuals coping with mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your role is critical in providing these clients with the tools and support necessary to improve their mental health outcomes while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in California.

• Strong foundational knowledge of telehealth practices and ability to leverage technology to enhance the therapeutic experience.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effectively engaging a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
