Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, paving the way for individualized treatment plans that address specific concerns.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that comprehensive and integrated care is delivered to clients.

• Respond expertly to crisis situations by providing immediate intervention and emotional support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

Qualifications\n
