Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, delivering evidence-based interventions to individuals and groups, focusing on fostering growth and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will involve working with various age groups, from adolescents to adults, integrating cultural competence to address and respect the varied backgrounds and experiences of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a similar setting.

• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and using therapeutic modalities suited to the client’s needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice in all aspects of caregiving.

• Experience in teletherapy and proficiency in using online platforms for therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
