Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, challenges, and needs effectively.

• Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that consider their unique circumstances and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs, utilizing methodologies that have demonstrated efficacy in mental health treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and progress reports using our Electronic Health Records system.

• Monitor client outcomes through standardized measures, ensuring progress is tracked and treatment plans are adjusted as necessary for optimal results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse clientele, including children facing developmental challenges, adolescents dealing with anxiety or behavioral issues, adults navigating depression or life transitions, and couples seeking relationship counseling. Your work will not only assist individuals in overcoming their challenges but also promote overall community mental health and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active Washington State license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.

• Must currently reside in Washington State, ensuring compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
