Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mindful Recovery Therapy, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and challenges.

• Developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and the unique preferences of clients, ensuring their active participation in the process.

• Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific mental health needs of each individual.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a comprehensive care plan for clients.

• Participating in regular case consultation meetings to evaluate treatment effectiveness and share insights on various therapeutic methods.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
