Legal Representative

In this role, you will assist in providing contract support to internal stakeholders related to third-party data contracting, regulatory, and compliance or governance matters.

Responsibilities:

• Review contracts and identify special stipulations and terms.
• Document contract stipulations in a centralized location.
• Manage archiving of accurate contract information of data usage rights in the third-party data agreement warehouse.
• Provide administrative and clerical support as requested.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of contracts/agreements terms and conditions required.
• Contract review experience required.
• Acute attention to detail needed.
• Proficient in Excel.
