Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Wellbeing Counseling Center, your day-to-day activities may include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to tailor treatment plans to the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly collaborating with supervisors, family members, and healthcare professionals to track client progress and adjust plans as necessary.

• Scheduling and managing a diverse caseload while maintaining communication with clients regarding their therapy appointments and any required follow-ups.

• Coordinating home visits that fulfill assessment and observational requirements, enhancing the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

• Participating actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to share insights, strategies, and updates regarding client care and progress.

• Documenting monthly and quarterly progress notes to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with health regulations.

• Organizing training sessions to familiarize team members with program plans and documentation requirements, ensuring quality and compliance.

• Acting as a liaison between clients and community resources, encouraging proactive engagement in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
