Working mainly in a remote setting, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our clinic is open from 7 AM to 10 PM seven days a week, ensuring we meet the diverse needs of our clients while allowing for flexibility in your working hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and determine suitable treatment approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience building, and long-term mental health well-being.

• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients understand and process their trauma while developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for every client.

• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support in situations of trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available therapeutic resources within the community.

• Maintain rigorous documentation of all client interactions in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in case consultations and ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed practices.

• Stay informed regarding the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to enhance your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base reflects a diverse range of ages and backgrounds, with many individuals experiencing varying levels of trauma. We are particularly focused on serving those coping with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and relationship issues stemming from trauma. Counselors are expected to approach each client with empathy and a personalized treatment strategy to effectively meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or equivalent from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LPC licensure in the state of Tennessee is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we value self-motivation and dedication to professional growth. Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include guaranteed pay with annual increases, sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, and monthly professional development sessions.
