Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including reviewing relevant medical histories and performing specialized evaluations to form an accurate understanding of each patient's condition.
• Design and clearly communicate individualized treatment plans that incorporate input from both patients and their families, promoting collaborative goal setting.
• Effectively implement evidence-based treatment protocols and adapt plans as needed based on continuous patient assessment and emerging healthcare standards.
• Collaboratively consult with other healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure holistic care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document any changes in patient conditions, leading to timely adjustments in treatment strategies when indicated.
• Manage discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring proper continuity of treatment post-rehabilitation.
• Maintain accurate, legible documentation of therapeutic interventions and patient progress, including daily encounter notes and interim summaries that reflect a thorough understanding of the patient's journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from spinal injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing various ages and backgrounds, each with unique health challenges and rehabilitation goals. Our therapists pride themselves on developing strong therapeutic relationships that empower patients through education and support.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current valid state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
