Work Environment

The work setting is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in the picturesque Miramar Beach area, where scenic views meet a supportive healthcare atmosphere. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing a balanced work-life schedule. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will work onsite, interact directly with patients, and collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand and fulfill the individual goals and requirements of each patient.
• Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring focused and high-quality care delivery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques to address specific physical impairments.
• Administer cost-effective therapies that enhance patients' range of motion and mobility, while minimizing reliance on medications and proposing non-surgical alternatives when possible.
• Encourage and motivate patients during their rehabilitation journey to optimize their functionality and overall physical health.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and regularly evaluate treatment outcomes.
• Design tailored fitness and wellness programs to support the unique needs of each patient, promoting lifelong health habits.
• Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Continually monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to meet individual recovery goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate Degree (MPT or DPT) is preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida with no record of disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the design/implementation of exercise programs.
• Experience utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software such as WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include:
