Work Environment

Located in the beautiful Miramar Beach area, our outpatient office provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will be working alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, to create a collaborative and supportive environment for patient care. The clinic operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities designed to alleviate pain and promote recovery.
• Educate patients on techniques for proper body mechanics and home exercise programs to support their rehabilitation journey.
• Administer various modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Monitor and document patient progress, analyzing metrics such as range of motion and strength improvements.
• Prepare treatment areas, ensuring that equipment and materials are organized and accessible for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, optimizing patient outcomes through shared expertise and insights.
• Provide emotional support to patients, fostering a positive environment that encourages healing and progress.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality is respected at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population includes a diverse range of individuals recovering from various conditions, including sports injuries, surgeries, neurological disorders, and age-related mobility challenges. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

We are seeking candidates with at least one year of experience in a clinical environment, particularly in outpatient settings. Experience working with a diverse patient population and familiarity with a variety of rehabilitation methodologies is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits
