Work Environment

The successful candidate will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility situated in the scenic Miramar Beach area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients' physical abilities and impairments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, such as manual therapies, modalities, and exercises to promote recovery.
• Work closely with patients, their families, and caregivers to educate and guide them through the rehabilitation process.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as needed, maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of treatment interventions.
• Comply with all established policies, regulations, and procedures in delivering care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, including attending regular team meetings and case discussions.
• Utilize modern therapeutic tools and techniques to promote healing and improve function, including exercise equipment, therapeutic modalities, and assistive devices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will primarily work with individuals experiencing temporary or long-term disabilities due to various medical conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain syndromes. You will apply your skills to help patients regain mobility, relieve pain, and enhance overall physical function, thereby significantly impacting their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida is required.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated excellent communication abilities to effectively educate and motivate patients and their families.
• Organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with care plans.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually , based on your caseload and level of experience. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
