Key Responsibilities

• Manage clinical workflows to optimize patient engagement, streamline referrals, and coordinate scheduling effectively, ensuring a seamless experience for each patient.
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans that emphasize early intervention and same-day evaluations to accelerate patient recovery.
• Create a professional workplace culture that encourages teamwork, quality outcomes, and stringent adherence to patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify clinical improvement opportunities and enhance service delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, referral sources, and insurance payers through regular communication and engagement strategies, ensuring a supportive community network for your patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Revive Mobility Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, athletes returning to sport post-injury, and elderly clients seeking to regain mobility. Our focus on personalized care allows you to utilize various evidence-based practices tailored specifically to meet the needs of each client.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Mobility Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 yearly, which is commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
