Revive Active Action Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in scenic Miramar Beach, Florida. In this full-time role, you will devote your skills to providing rehabilitative services to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or disability, while ensuring operational efficacy within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate clinical workflows that enhance patient capture, referral processing, and accurate scheduling to optimize operational throughput.
• Design and execute personalized therapy plans, emphasizing early intervention strategies and conducting thorough patient evaluations promptly.
• Cultivate a collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork, enhances service quality, and prioritizes patient safety and exceptional outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify opportunities for clinical improvements and implement best practices across therapies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including employers, referral sources, and insurance payers through proactive communication and engagement.
• Utilize clinical management systems to document patient care thoroughly, ensuring compliance with coding standards, documentation practices, and follow-through on patient care orders.
• Adhere to the Florida State Practice Act and other regulatory requirements, ensuring that all therapy practices comply with set standards.
• Drive patient satisfaction by actively seeking feedback, assessing their experiences and outcomes regularly.
• Consistently apply the principles outlined in the Physical Therapy Guidebook and follow the Perfect PT visit protocol.
• Manage and analyze clinical outcomes, identifying outlier cases and collaborating with staff therapists to address complex scenarios.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, and other impairments requiring tailored rehabilitative strategies. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their recovery journeys, enhancing their quality of life, and helping them regain their independence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Exceptional analytical abilities paired with problem-solving skills, utilizing logic to make informed decisions and propose effective solutions.
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities, demonstrating professionalism and tact while interacting with patients and their families.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to best practices in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting, demonstrating proficiency with clinical workflows and patient management systems.
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and achieve shared clinical goals.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
