Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the physical abilities and needs of each patient, developing individualized treatment plans that focus on achieving specific functional outcomes.
• Utilize clinical judgment and evidence-based methodologies to deliver effective hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities that aid in pain management and mobility improvement.
• Document patient progress meticulously, adjusting care plans as needed to reflect advancements or setbacks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with clients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or rehabilitating from injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

Laurier Therapeutic Solutions offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
