Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population represents a wide range of backgrounds, including those from underserved communities who may benefit significantly from access to mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note, we are not able to accept applications from interns or therapists with limited permits requiring supervision.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Full-time counselors can expect an annual compensation package between USD 115,000 and 130,000.
