Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct assessments and evaluations during individual teletherapy sessions to understand the mental health needs of patients.

  Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, gathering essential patient information such as health history and mental status examination results.

  Develop and implement individualized behavioral health treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

  Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered.

  Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions, including examination results and treatment progress within our electronic clinical systems.

  Stay current with developments in mental health care and engage in continuing education to refine therapeutic techniques and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse population experiencing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

  Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Art Therapy, or Psychology.

  Possession of a valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.

  Demonstrated strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are essential for this role.

  Eagerness to keep current with continuing education, especially regarding evidence-based psychosocial interventions.

  Familiarity with electronic clinical systems and electronic health records (EHR) is necessary for efficient documentation and patient management.

  Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred to better serve our diverse client base.

  A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on teletherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $1,000.
