Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately diagnose mental health conditions and formulate tailored treatment plans that meet individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices for individuals, family units, and group therapy settings.

• Engage in collaborative care with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment experience for clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with empathy and expertise, delivering timely intervention and support to clients facing acute distress or emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health education and destigmatizing mental health issues through workshops and seminars.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.

• Demonstrated cultural humility and the ability to engage effectively with clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage case documentation efficiently while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in community mental health settings, particularly in telehealth environments.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy platforms.

• Experience developing and leading workshops or group sessions on mental health topics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
