Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to gather relevant information and effectively diagnose disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, either via telehealth or through secured video conferencing, ensuring that clients feel comfortable and connected throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Monitor client progress by regularly updating treatment goals and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment processes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring that records are accurate and secure.

Qualifications\n

• Must have a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
