Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions virtually, utilizing counseling techniques designed to address a wide array of mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance abuse.

• Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify client needs, and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving measurable therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative care by partnering with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and integrated treatment solutions for clients.

• Maintain meticulous electronic health records (EHR) that document client progress, treatment interventions, and follow-up plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development and clinical supervision meetings to enhance your skills, stay informed of evolving best practices, and meet licensure requirements.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and risk assessments, delivering rapid support for clients experiencing acute episodes or critical situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related discipline.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
