This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while also enabling you to connect with clients in the Tucson area. You will work in an outpatient setting, engaging with clients through teletherapy sessions and occasionally in-person visits, depending on the needs of the clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, couples, and families, addressing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, participating in case reviews and treatment planning meetings.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and therapy techniques.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
