Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand the intensity, frequency, and duration of each client’s mental health symptoms, particularly in the context of mood disorders and relationship dynamics.

• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and preferences, continuously adjusting these plans as necessary based on progress and feedback.

• Implement evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in managing their mental health more effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote their understanding and participation in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with HIPAA and professional ethics, ensuring that documentation is kept up-to-date and thorough.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client's health.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development sessions to enhance service delivery and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role predominantly involves working with clients facing relationship difficulties, mood disorders, and those seeking divorce and relationship counseling. You will support a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, from various backgrounds, allowing you to broaden your clinical expertise and cultural competence.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, contingent upon credentials and experience.
