Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions employing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, setting specific, measurable goals tailored to client needs.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy to promote healing and resilience in clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care.

• Administer crisis interventions and conduct risk assessments to safeguard client well-being during challenging situations.
