• Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro-surgery experience required

What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient neurosurgery patient care, including rounding with residents and managing patient plans
• Review patient conditions and coordinate discharge procedures
• Manage orders and patient documentation using Epic EMR software
• Remove drains such as Hemovac or JP drains (preferred skill)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Handle urgent neuro-surgical cases and patient needs in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Support the resident program and act as a key participant in patient management

What You Need

• Valid Massachusetts State Nursing License
• Board Certification in Neurosurgery (preferred; required if BC)
• Minimum 1-year experience in neuro-surgical nursing or advanced practice
• Strong clinical skills in neurosurgical inpatient care
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and follow hospital protocols
