Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual.

• Provide ongoing support through individual and family counseling, ensuring that clients and their loved ones understand relevant resources and services.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams including medical professionals, nurses, and other social workers to regularly review client progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.

This role primarily focuses on elderly clients receiving hospice care, addressing their unique challenges concerning mental health as they navigate end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Nevada.

• Demonstrated clinical skills with a minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in mental health, particularly with elder populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive and falls between USD 100,000 and 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
