Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify individual needs, strengths, and areas for development.
\n
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring they align with the unique priorities and concerns of each family.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team, utilizing data to inform ongoing service strategies.
\n
• Provide empathetic support and guidance to families, offering practical skills and resources that enhance their child’s developmental journey.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment principles while collaborating with families to create joint developmental plans.
\n
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state regulations, maintaining compliance in best practices and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on the youngest population we serve, particularly infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. By providing early intervention services, you will be vital in helping these children achieve key developmental milestones across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains, setting the foundation for their lifelong learning and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW licensure granted by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A current and valid driver’s license to meet community engagement needs.
\n
• Proficient in adapting therapeutic techniques to suit diverse learning styles and individualized treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year’s experience working with children in early intervention settings is highly desirable.
