Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Synergy Counseling, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of children with developmental delays or disabilities.

• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitoring client outcomes, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Providing emotional support and guidance to families, helping them navigate challenges related to their child's development.
\n
• Building strong relationships with children and families to create a nurturing and effective therapeutic environment.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices in developing treatment plans and recommending appropriate services.

• Implementing strategies based on family priorities and child development progress.

• Adhering to health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of all clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young children, including infants and toddlers, facing a range of developmental challenges. Your role will focus on providing essential support to families, ensuring that children receive timely interventions that can significantly impact their growth and future success. This position requires a genuine passion for child welfare and family dynamics, as you will engage with diverse populations, including those from varied socio-economic backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. Additional benefits include:
