General Job Description: Further develop and nurture customer relations globally. Responsible for the global coordination from the customer and the strategy. Preparation of offers and price negotiations for the OEMs in coordination with the global customer strategy. Market and competitive analysis in an effort to strengthen our position through strategy development. Realization of customer requests and market potential in relation to our product groups. Further the relationship between specified customer and RA and manage growth of the business in all areas. Responsible for the introduction of new products as well as product optimization efforts to extend our market position. Close collaboration with our manufacturing facilities in order to achieve optimal customer satisfaction. Support the budgeting process and medium-term planning for the NA Region. Responsible for leading and developing a diverse team of co-workers from various RA regions.. Ensure compliance with standards for cost control, waste reduction, and quality. Manage compliance with state and federal regulations. Perform other related duties as assigned. QualificationsWork experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Sales. 2+ years of experience in Project Management. Experience in a customer-facing role or acting as a company ambassador. Exposure to OEM and Tier 1 environments, including Toyota and Honda. Affinity for technical processes. Working knowledge of process engineering. Working knowledge of plastic injection molding processes. We are looking for a team player with well- developed interpersonal skills, with proven ability to support a positive team environment.
