Work Environment\n

This LCSW position is primarily remote, serving in a virtual school setting. You will work alongside educators, school counselors, and other mental health professionals to create a safe and nurturing environment for students. Your role will blend clinical expertise with educational initiatives, addressing the mental health needs of children and adolescents in a way that aligns with their schooling experience. Normal work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the potential for occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n
