HR Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in collecting, and analyzing HR data to support decision making, and help with improving HR processes. Build dashboards and reports using HRIS (Workday, moving to SAP), Excel, Power BI or similar tools. Support workforce planning and forecasting to support business needs. Using data, identify internal workforce trends and recommend improvements to HR processes. Coordinate with HRIS center of excellence to ensure data integrity; conduct data audits. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance and other internal groups. Support the HR team with performance management processes and employee relations Assist in preparing presentations and data driven insights for leadership decision-making. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Qualifications: Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of HR, data analysis or business analytics Experience in HRIS (Workday and SAP); Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint), advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Understanding of employment laws and regulations Preferred Qualifications: Designs and develops critical employee dashboards, aligned with business requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills, bi-lingual strongly preferred (Spanish, Vietnamese or Swahili) Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Effective time management and multi-tasking skills Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. ** Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans ** *Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
