Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate in treatment-planning meetings to share insights and receive feedback about patient progress or resistance, documenting updates on treatment plans regularly.

• Skillfully navigate conflicts and resistance in client interactions by employing effective communication strategies, thus reducing tension and promoting healthy behavior evaluations.

• Compile and maintain comprehensive, accurate patient records with up-to-date documentation including assessments, treatment interventions, family involvement, and interdisciplinary communication that meet social work standards.

• Exhibit a solid understanding of the latest DSM diagnostic criteria and age-related developmental tasks to provide informed assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.

• Utilize behavior modification principles, assertiveness training, and supportive therapeutic techniques tailored to address individual client needs.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments through effective interviewing techniques and consultations with relevant healthcare team members.

• Continuously establish and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments that respect the spiritual and cultural values of patients and families.

• Develop targeted, personalized treatment plans that highlight client strengths and address psychosocial vulnerabilities.

• Facilitate educational and therapeutic group sessions, documenting patient responses and progress towards therapeutic goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
