Manager, Learning & Development

CF Industries

CF Industries is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to design and lead learning strategies that build technical and leadership capabilities across our global technology teams. In this role, you will assess skill gaps, develop curricula for engineers and product teams, and implement blended learning programs including e-learning, workshops, and coaching. You will partner with HR and functional leaders to align programs with business goals, manage LMS administration, track learning impact with data and analytics, and continuously improve programs to support innovation, collaboration, and career growth in a fast-paced IT environment.
