Accounts Payable Associate - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for an onsite position with a Leading Media Company located in Fairfield, NJ. This is a 3 month contract position. Pay rate $26/hr W2. Summary This role is responsible for assisting with a high volume of invoices within Oracle Fusion. The ideal candidate will have strong accounts payable experience, ensuring all invoice information is entered correctly in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Assisting with high volume of invoices in Oracle Fusion Checking all information on the invoice going into Oracle Fusion correctly Requirements Associate's degree or post high school education/training preferred Good Accounts Payable (A/P) experience Experience with A/P system - Oracle Fusion preferred Ability to review and organize data in Excel Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Very organized and detail-oriented Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
