Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Steadfast Support Clinic, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical records, including thorough progress notes, that align with departmental policies and standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to design and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account comprehensive psychosocial assessments and accepted social work methodologies.

• Engage actively with clients' families and support systems to ensure that treatment and discharge planning are cohesive and inclusive of external support.

• Conduct regular meetings with patients to provide counseling, adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments, and track progress effectively.

• Perform ongoing evaluations of patient progress and adapt therapeutic interventions as necessary to align with evolving client needs.

This role involves working primarily with adults experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n
