Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories, administering specific assessments, and formulating appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and proposed treatment plans to patients and their families, ensuring they are involved in goal setting and decision-making processes.
• Implement tailored treatment protocols by utilizing advanced techniques and equipment, adapting to the patient's progress and any changes in their condition.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams as needed, keeping abreast of patient conditions that may necessitate changes in care plans or further medical consultation.
• Document all patient care activities promptly and accurately, ensuring a comprehensive record of their treatment history, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Manage your schedule effectively to meet productivity targets while maintaining high standards of patient care and customer service.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute towards formulating improvements and achieving clinic goals while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Actively pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge, and serve as a mentor or clinical instructor to students and interns.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
