Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to establish a treatment roadmap tailored to individual needs.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques through Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation processes.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions for clients across age ranges, addressing diverse mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties.

• Leading couples therapy sessions focused on communication improvement, conflict resolution, and relationship strengthening.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on client evaluations and collaborating with clients to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans to reflect client progress and adjust goals as necessary.

• Maintaining meticulous and current records, including client progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and other health professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in providing both individual and couples therapy.

• Experience working sensitively and effectively with children, adolescents, and adults in a therapeutic context.

Preferred Experience\n
